EPP is also ideal for casings and insulation due to its excellent thermal insulation properties. The good processing properties of EPP and EPS are particularly advantageous for technical molded parts, especially for complex contours.

FEURER insulation not only offers excellent thermal insulation, but also maximum flexibility in terms of shaping. Our EPP components can be formed into almost any shape, which gives engineers and designers great freedom when creating complex, three-dimensional structures.

Typical applications include heating manifolds and pump assemblies, where our insulations impress with their high fitting accuracy and robustness – both during installation and maintenance work. FEURER insulation protects important system components such as pumps, boilers and heat exchangers from heat loss, dirt and damage.

Sun visor cores: EPP solutions from FEURER

Sun visor cores are an indispensable component of modern vehicles and ensure that drivers are protected from dazzling light – an important contribution to road safety.

With a monthly production of over one million half shells and full visors, FEURER relies on 25 years of experience and its own tool and machine development.

Our sun visor cores are made of white or black EPP with a density of 60 to 120 kg per cubic meter and offer exceptional surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
