FLEXILITY® large load carriers are ideal for transporting components such as glass roofs, door panels, center consoles, batteries, seat components, parcel shelves, dashboards and other large-format components. They protect the parts from damage and enable a smooth flow in the supply chain.

FLEXILITY® Highload

The FLEXILITY® HIGHLOAD KLT has been specially developed for heavy loads. Robust plastic or steel reinforcements at the corners give the container the necessary stability to safely transport heavy components such as glass roofs, batteries and similar components. Flexibility in use is another advantage: the HIGHLOAD KLT can be equipped with STOCO, TEXBAG® or INLET to meet individual requirements.

FLEXILITY® Robo

The FLEXILITY® ROBO is specially designed for automated processes. Its robust, hardened surfaces facilitate lifting with vacuum suction cups, and injection-molded parts can be integrated to compensate for any tolerances in the EPP material to ensure precise stacking accuracy. High-contrast color variants are available to improve robot orientation. FLEXILITY® ROBO is ideal for use on roller conveyors and can be placed either with stanchion frames or directly on pallets using reinforced corners. An optional lid system indicates the fill level of the container – perfect for efficient logistics processes.

FLEXILITY® Sliding Waves

A foldable large load carrier with innovative technology for effortless handling and efficient loading. The freely suspended, multi-layered and movable textile compartments are specially adapted to the requirements of the transported parts and optimize the volume of the container. Loading and unloading is carried out on one side from above. As an option, the GLT can be personalized with a single or multi-coloured imprint.

The FLEXILITY® Sliderpak is a sturdy large load carrier with an innovative rail system that enables ergonomic loading and unloading from the front. The TEXBAG® opens automatically by simply pulling it towards you. FLEXILITY® Sliderpak is easy to use even when stacked and is particularly suitable for larger components that cannot be inserted from above. Available in standard dimensions as well as customized special sizes.

FLEXILITY® Clabox GLT

The foldable large load carrier FLEXILITY® Clabox GLT offers a space-saving solution that reduces costs and environmental impact during return transportation. Different inserts such as EPP, TEXBAG®, STOCO or INLET can be flexibly integrated. The Clabox GLT also adapts to requirements when it comes to the choice of material and is available in both plastic and steel versions. The load carrier can be loaded and unloaded from above or at an angle from the front and therefore offers a wide range of applications.

FLEXILITY® Combi GLT

The FLEXILITY® COMBI GLT is suitable for a wide range of component shapes and can be flexibly equipped with various inserts such as STOCO, TEXBAG or INLET. Even large components such as interior door panels can be securely stowed. This sturdy large load carrier can be designed either as a front loader with compartments or as a toploader. The housing is available in both steel and plastic versions and can therefore be adapted to different requirements.
