FEURER’s FLEXILITY® inserts are the perfect complement for small and large load carriers, ensuring optimal protection and safe storage of sensitive components in the automotive industry. These tailor-made inserts guarantee that the components are held in place precisely so that they do not slip or become damaged during transportation.

Depending on the design, inserts in a FLEXILITY® load carrier can be replaced, for example in a combination of an EPP container and TEXBAG®. Whether components can be separated, repaired or reused depends on their construction, condition and the requirements of the transported parts.

Cushioning material based on grain husks

RECOU is a dimensionally stable cushioning material based on grain husks, a by-product of food processing. It is used for protective and cushioning applications.

The appropriate design depends on component geometry, loads and shipping conditions. Disposal of the specific packaging must be agreed with the relevant waste management provider.
