FEURER processes flat cardboard blanks that are formed during the packaging process. The cardboard grade, blank design and any recycled fibers are specified for each version. Disposal depends on the complete packaging and local requirements.

The blanks are stored flat. Direct color printing customizes the assortment boxes immediately before packaging and allows last-minute design changes. Stock levels and print quantities can be coordinated with each order.

How the automatic tray erection works

Our automatic tray erector machines enable a fast and efficient packaging process. The cardboard blanks, which are delivered flat, are unfolded by the machine and sealed with hot glue. This allows for quick filling and easy sealing, reducing manual labor and speeding up the packaging process. The automatic tray forming process makes FEURER product assortment boxes ideal for product assortments that need to be packaged quickly and efficiently for the point of sale.

Storage and transport of flat cardboard blanks

The described production process uses flat, unprinted cardboard blanks. Forming and printing take place during the packaging process.
