FLEXILITY® small load carriers offer an outstanding combination of stability and flexibility. The load carriers have a modular design and can be precisely adapted to a wide variety of components, which guarantees safe and easy handling. The use of expanded polypropylene (EPP), a lightweight, robust and fully recyclable material, enables a significant reduction in weight while saving costs and minimizing the ecological footprint.

Thanks to our large selection of products and materials, we have the ideal packaging for every component – whether it’s a sensitive component, electric motor, brake disk or navigation device. A small load carrier is so handy that you can easily carry and transport it on your own.

FLEXILITY® Robo

The FLEXILITY® ROBO is specially designed for automated processes. Its robust, hardened surfaces facilitate lifting with vacuum suction cups, and injection-molded parts can be integrated to compensate for any tolerances in the EPP material to ensure precise stacking accuracy. High-contrast color variants are available to improve robot orientation. FLEXILITY® ROBO is ideal for use on roller conveyors and can be placed either with stanchion frames or directly on pallets using reinforced corners. An optional lid system indicates the fill level of the container – perfect for efficient logistics processes.

FLEXILITY® Highload

The FLEXILITY® HIGHLOAD KLT has been specially developed for heavy loads. Robust plastic or steel reinforcements at the corners give the container the necessary stability to safely transport heavy components such as glass roofs, batteries and similar components. Flexibility in use is another advantage: the HIGHLOAD KLT can be equipped with STOCO, TEXBAG® or INLET to meet individual requirements.

FLEXILITY® Croco

The ultra-light FLEXILITY® CROCO is equipped with a special, serrated stacking edge that reliably absorbs lateral forces during transportation – making additional strapping superfluous. The container can either be equipped with customized mounting geometries or optionally with a unique, patented click system that firmly secures Texbag® inserts. Thanks to the zero clearance technology, the containers can be stacked precisely and stably. In addition, all components are fully recyclable.

FLEXILITY® Magnetic

These high-quality load carriers with integrated magnetic holders are perfect for the safe transportation of sensitive goods, even on uneven roads. The magnetic holders make it easy to insert the components and at the same time provide an extremely stable hold. MAGNETIC technology is versatile and can be integrated into lightweight EPP small load carriers as well as injection-molded containers or the FLEXILITY® PROFILER.

FLEXILITY® Magic

FLEXILITY® MAGIC is the space-saving miracle among small load carriers: thanks to a special container shape, it enables rotary stacking, which saves around 50 % volume when transporting empty containers. Additional strapping is not required. As an option, FLEXILITY® MAGIC offers a clamping component holder for a particularly secure hold of the load.

FLEXILITY® Cutler

The FLEXILITY® CUTLER impresses with its light weight and high packing density, making it ideal for transporting a wide variety of components. Made from robust solid foam EPP, this container offers optional clamping brackets to hold the load securely. Loading is from the top and the small load carrier is available in numerous versions. FLEXILITY® CUTLER can be placed both in large load carriers and directly on pallets.

FLEXILITY® Profiler

Made from twin-wall sheets (HKP), FLEXILITY® PROFILERS are around 30 % lighter than conventional injection-moulded small load carriers, which significantly increases transport capacity. These containers also offer exceptional flexibility and can be adapted almost limitlessly in height, width and depth to meet even the most demanding requirements. They are filled from the top and are particularly suitable for the safe transportation of door panels, trims, spoilers, A-pillars and parcel shelves. Customized printing is also possible on request.

The FLEXILITY Clabox KLT are foldable and collapsible small load carriers that can be folded up to save space for empty transportation, thus significantly reducing transport costs. The injection-molded containers can be filled from above and can be fitted with inserts such as INLET or TEXTBAG.

FLEXILITY® Combibox

The FLEXILITY® Combibox is a sturdy, stackable small load carrier (KLT) manufactured as an injection-molded or EPP container with walls made of twin-wall sheets (HKP). This particularly lightweight KLT in an extra-high design can be adapted to individual requirements – whether through different types of plastic, imprints or customized heights. A major advantage: On request, we can integrate our customers’ existing KLT containers, which enables considerable cost savings. Both the upper and lower parts of the injection-molded or foamed containers can be fitted with different inserts.
