One material, maximum recyclability

FEURER Green blister packs are made of 100% cardboard and can be fully recycled after use. Thanks to the reduction to a single material type, the blister packs can be recycled easily and without separation, which significantly reduces the environmental damage. The proportion of recycled material can be adjusted as required, and the use of grass paper further improves the environmental balance.

Reduction of material consumption
By using flat cardboard blanks instead of pre-folded cardboard boxes, FEURER reduces the amount of material required by up to 10% compared to the standard version with an automatic bottom. Our cardboard boxes are made from recycled and recyclable material - a decision for the environment.
Maximizing individuality while minimizing waste and CO2 emissions
The flat blanks enable compact storage and significantly reduce logistics and transportation costs. Direct color printing customizes your assortment boxes only with the packaging. This offers maximum flexibility and reduces destruction costs - a plus for your environmental commitment.
Automatic tray erection for maximum efficiency
Our tray erector technology automatically erects the cardboard blanks, saving time and labor costs. The boxes are then filled quickly and easily, sealed and transported safely to the customer. In this way, we make the packaging process not only efficient, but also cost-effective.

How the automatic tray erection works

Our automatic tray erectors provide a fast and efficient packaging solution. The cardboard blanks delivered flat are unfolded by machine and sealed with hot glue. This enables quick filling and easy closing, saving time and resources. Automatic tray erection makes FEURER assortment boxes ideal for assortments that need to be packed quickly and efficiently for the POS.
