Reduce - efficient use of resources

FEURER relies on technologies and concepts that minimize the consumption of resources:

  • Packing density and volume reduction
    Thanks to optimized packaging concepts such as the FLEXILITY® Magic® load carrier, our customer saves up to 50% volume during return transport.
  • Material savings Innovative
    Containers such as our EPP load carriers reduce the overall weight of the packaging and increase its service life.

Reuse - multiple use instead of disposable

Unsere Ladungsträger sind so konzipiert, dass sie mehrfach verwendet werden können, was Abfälle minimiert:

  • Modulare Konstruktionen
    Produkte wie die FLEXILITY® Combi KLT sind vollständig wiederverwendbar und ermöglichen den Austausch einzelner Komponenten.
  • Recycling von Ladungsträgern
    Rücknahme-Programme wie bei PSA (Stellantis) unterstützen den geschlossenen Kreislauf.

Recycle - keeping materials in circulation

FEURER uses modern recycling processes to return materials such as EPP and EPS to the production cycle:

  • Use of recycled material
    In many projects, e.g. for leading car manufacturers, we already use recycled material obtained from old products.
  • Recycling of production waste
    Scrap materials are reused in other areas, e.g. as filling for leveling fills.

CO2 reduction and climate protection

CO2 neutrality by 2039

Our goal is to be climate-neutral by 2039. To achieve this goal, we have already taken numerous measures to reduce CO2 emissions.

Compressed air cogeneration plant (DHKW)
The DHKW installed in Brackenheim saves 1,075 tons of CO2 per year by producing heat and compressed air particularly efficiently.

Micro steam turbine
At the Schwarzheide site, a micro steam turbine generates additional electricity, which saves a further 500 tons of CO2 per year.

In addition to energy-efficient technologies, we focus on renewable energies.
