In Dialogue with Politics: Fabian Gramling Visits FEURER
How can economic reality and political frameworks be better aligned? Through direct dialogue.
On March 30, 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming Member of the German Bundestag Fabian Gramling (CDU) and his colleague Lena Bräuning to our FEURER site in Brackenheim. The visit focused on an open exchange about our company, the current economic situation, and the challenges facing industry in Germany today.
As a family-owned company with a long-term perspective, it is important for us to contribute our practical insights. We shared an overview of our strategic direction, business development, and the diversity of our products and industries. At the same time, it became clear what defines FEURER: clear structures, short decision-making paths, and strong trust in our employees.
We also discussed current framework conditions in depth, including rising energy costs, increasing regulatory requirements, and ongoing cost pressures. Topics such as the shortage of skilled workers, demographic change, and fiscal and innovation policies were also addressed.
For us, one thing is clear: competitiveness requires reliable political framework conditions. That is precisely why direct dialogue is so important.
Once again, the visit highlighted the value of open, constructive exchange between business and politics on equal footing.
We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Gramling and Ms. Bräuning for their interest and the valuable discussion.
