FEURER at the LogiMAT 2026: FLEXILITY® system solutions for automated intralogistics
FEURER will be exhibiting at LogiMAT in Stuttgart from March 24 to 26, 2026. In Hall 6 | Stand 6G63, we will be presenting our FLEXILITY® system solutions for industrial returnable logistics.
The focus is on load carriers and transport solutions that have been developed for automated processes, stable load units and durable reusable systems.
Requirements of modern material flows
With increasing automation in production and logistics, the demands on transport and load carriers are also increasing. Today, systems must not only protect components, but must also be able to be reliably integrated into automated processes.
These include, among others:
-
Safe absorption of high loads
-
Stable load units for transportation and storage
-
Automated handling
-
Economical return transport concepts
FLEXILITY® solutions are designed precisely for these requirements.
Load carriers for different applications
At LogiMAT, FEURER will be showcasing various system approaches for different transportation requirements.
Large load carriers for large components
Load carriers made of expanded polypropylene are used for large-volume or sensitive components. These materials combine high shock absorption with low weight and are therefore particularly suitable for industrial transportation processes.
Stable designs mean that even large components can be transported and handled safely.
Form-fitting load units
Another approach is systems in which the pallet, container and lid are structurally connected to each other. This creates a stable loading unit that remains reliable even under dynamic loads during transportation.
Solutions for high loads
For applications with high component weights, FEURER develops reinforced constructions that combine stability with reduced dead weight. In many cases, such systems can replace conventional steel frames and thus reduce weight and handling costs.
Development and implementation
The solutions are created through the interaction of design, prototype construction and series production. Requirements from production, transportation and automation are already taken into account during the development phase.
CAD-based design, prototyping and practical tests result in customized returnable systems that are tailored to specific components and processes.
