Development of a custom-fit tray
Based on your data, we mill a first prototype tray from EPP.
Real-world testing with your team
You test the tray in your own process – and we adapt the design, demoulding or tolerances as needed.
Optimization for automation and series use
Following the handling test, we coordinate stacking, automated handling and return logistics with your workflows. Requirements and operating limits are checked for the specific design.
Start of series production & ongoing support
We manufacture at your required pace – including spare part service and design adjustments when your components evolve.
