Based on your data, we mill a first prototype tray from EPP.

You test the tray in your own process – and we adapt the design, demoulding or tolerances as needed.

Optimization for automation and series use
Once the tray works reliably in handling, we optimize for maximum process safety:

Start of series production & ongoing support
We manufacture at your required pace – including spare part service and design adjustments when your components evolve.
