Overview of FLEXILITY® XXL load carriers
XXL is a size dimension in the FLEXILITY® system. The following FLEXILITY® product lines offer tailor-made solutions for different load, automation and component protection requirements – and are designed for use as XXL load carriers up to 2,500 × 1,600 mm. This gives you exactly the functionality that your component and your process require – reliably implemented even in XXL format.
With the EPP load carrier in XXL format, FEURER provides an answer to the question: How do you move large loads safely, efficiently – and sustainably?

The heavy-duty load carrier for extreme loads. The mono-material design reduces weight, saves CO2 and ensures recyclability.

Sustainable, automatable, flexible: the mono-material load carrier is ideally suited for automated handling. Vacuum suction cups lift it securely thanks to the hardened surfaces, injection-molded parts ensure precise stacking

Sustainability through LCA and circular economy
In the area of sustainability, both the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and the circular economy play a central role in FEURER’s FLEXILITY® load carriers. The LCA evaluates the entire life cycle of the products – from raw material extraction to production and recycling.
By using recyclable materials such as EPP and developing reusable packaging solutions, FEURER is actively contributing to the circular economy. This minimizes waste, conserves resources and reduces the carbon footprint of the entire packaging process.
