We set out objectives in conjunction with customers during the consultancy and planning phase. Customers thereby benefit from our extensive project database and the experience of our staff. Moreover, all processes are fully documented right from the very beginning.
Development
We deploy CAD to develop customised packaging solutions that are tailored to the products of our customers. Applying the principle of production-orientated development, these solutions can be feasibly implemented using automated processes, and comply with current quality management standards.
Prototyping
The CAD models are implemented as prototypes; such prototyping draws upon milling and plotting procedures. The prototypes prove their suitability in the course of product, material and transportation testing.
Scheduling
When procuring the necessary materials, the focus remains on maximum flexibility and speed so as to do justice to our customers’ requirements. We regularly monitor cost-effectiveness and quality by way of delivery benchmarks and market analyses. It is even possible to draw upon our extensive stock for standard applications.
Storage of products & packaging materials
Products and packaging materials are in safe hands in our extensive storage facility. In this way, we save our customers the effort involved as well as storage space.
Contract packaging
The packaging solutions go into serial production on our modern fleet of machines. Standardised processes and staff trained in GMP thereby ensure high-quality products. These are verified by way of IPCs and shipment authorisations.

Labelling and tracking
For traceability and product safety: We encode packaging using inkjet printing or imprinting – identifying the batch, expiry date, EAN, QR code or serial number. Absolute traceability is assured across the entire value creation chain.
Order picking and despatch
The packaging is picked and shipped. The Track and Trace function makes it easy to track the shipment trajectory. An additional, optional service that we offer is our Web Shop; customers can use this to order from the stocks available – with stock data provided in real time.
