The concept

Since 1999, leading automotive suppliers worldwide have relied upon FEURER’s sturdy and lightweight EPP components. During the manufacturing process, EPP is more environmentally friendly than the PU foam previously used for sun visor cores. In addition to this, it yields a very smooth surface without atomisation. This is reflected in the quality of the parts and facilitates further processing and assembly. Within a period of 15 years, FEURER has reached the 120 million mark in terms of sun visor core volumes. This is thanks to modern manufacturing technology, a high level of technical expertise and uncompromising customer orientation.
